VINEYARD
Sauvignon 2024 is grown on schist-dominated soils in sustainably managed vineyards planted from 2000 onwards. The goal is to produce a diverse and enriching wine.

VINIFICATION
Traditional vinification with cold-controlled fermentation maximizes the distinctive Sauvignon aromas. The wine is then aged on fine lees to preserve fruitiness and freshness.

TASTING NOTES

• Nose: Cassis bud, lychee, white fruits

• Color: Pale gold with green reflections

• Palate: Fresh and indulgent with a complex aromatic palette – notes of peach, pear, and a lightly mentholated, aniseed finish
